Part of the spoils in one of his early raids, an attack on a group of silt pirates, this padded & goggled helm is more useful than it appears. Through some sort of magic, it allows one to breathe safely under silt for up to one turn before needing to surface. It also allows one to see through blowing silt and sandstorms clearly. Limited vision of up to 5’ is possible submerged. Whether other versions of this item exist is unknown. Also provides protection as afforded a leather helm as far as piecemeal armor is concerned.
